Brazilian Lemonade 3 Ways
2 cups (500ml) cold water
1/4 cup (60ml) key lime juice (from about 4 key limes, with seeds removed)
1/2 key lime (with white pith removed)
1/2 cup (125ml) MARIGOLD Sweetened Creamer
3/4 cup (200g) ice cubes
Sliced and grated key lime zest for garnish

Add lime juice, 1/2 lime and cold water into the blender. Blend for 5 seconds (do not over blend).
Strain the blended juice into the jug through a fine-mesh strainer.
Pour the juice back into the blender and pour in
MARIGOLD Sweetened Creamer. Blend until frothy.
Add ice and blend again until smooth.
Garnish drink with sliced key lime and finely grated lime zest. Serve immediately.
